Massimo Setaro offers us a blend born from a project of zoning and safeguarding biodiversity. The wine is Contradae 61.37 made from the vinification of three Campanian grape varieties, Caprettone, Greco and Fiano, raised by farmers in the Vesuvian area since the early 20th century. The result is a very fine white that smells of the sea and officinal herbs, rich and savory on the palate.
