Vinification: The grapes are destemmed but not crushed to keep the berry whole, and on about 10 percent of the mass whole cluster vinification is carried out. Cold pre-fermentation maceration is followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks with brief daily pumping over.
When fermentation is complete, racking and malolactic fermentation follow, also in stainless steel
Aging: 6 months in steel until near bottling, then resting for at least 2 months in bottle
Color: Light ruby red, lively and bright
Aromas: The nose is expressed with fruity scents, in which small red fruits prevail, accompanying notes of underbrush and a slight spiciness
Taste: In the mouth o is fresh and streamlined, with slight savoriness and pleasant soft tannins
Pairings: Excellent throughout a meal. Ideal accompaniment for first courses with meat sauces and perfect with grilled red meats and roasts
