Sensory description: Intense and deep ruby red, with garnet hues. On the nose, it presents complex aromatic notes from fruit in spirit to bitter spices, black pepper, licorice and cocoa. In the mouth, it is intense, highly structured, powerful with sumptuous expression of ripe fruit. The finish is pleasantly sinuous and dry.
Pairings: Elegance and structure make it perfect with feathered and furred game, red meats, long aged cheeses. It is the ideal companion for long conversations.
