Petra red bears the winery’s very name, underscoring how emblematically it represents its entire philosophy and project, which starts from tradition and interprets it with a modern and sprightly slant, starting with the ultra-modern cellars. Made from predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc grapes, after vinification it ages a total of 36 months, half in barriques and the remaining 18 months in bottles. The nose is rich and intriguing with intense notes ranging from berries to jam, rosemary to mint, cinnamon to black pepper. The same richness is found on the palate, where it delivers an elegant and powerful sip, with silky tannins and proud savory notes.
