VINIFICATION:Alcoholic fermentation in 55hl oak vats, 15 days in contact with skins using the soft shower cap system, temperature 30°/ 27° C. Malolactic fermentation in vat
AGEING:30 months total, of which an average of one year in wood. Most matures in large barrels, the remainder in barriques. After blending, the wine ages in bottle for an additional 18 months
