100% Aglianico with at least 4 years of aging of which 14 months are in barrique.
Pair with podolica veal possibly Florentine cut. Sliced wild boar or pork.

Type of vinification:
The grapes, harvested when fully ripe, after destemming and crushing, undergo fermentation with intense maceration. This is followed by malolactic fermentation and maturation in French oak barrels for a period of 12-18 months. Subsequently, its aging is conducted in steel barrels for about 2 years. Once bottled, before release, it completes its aging period in bottles for about one year.

Organoleptic Characteristics:
Intense ruby red color. Fruity, complex aroma with notes of licorice and vanilla on an elegant background of small berries. Dry, warm and soft on the palate. A full-bodied, ample wine to accompany spicy pasta dishes, roast meats, medium-aged cheeses and cured meats.
