Fonzone’s Greco di Tufo Riserva Oikos comes from vineyards located in Altavilla Irpina, in the province of Avellino.

Pure Greco di Tufo grapes are vinified and aged in Austrian oak barrels for about 12 months. Aging continues in steel tanks for 12 months and in bottles for another 12 months.

It is characterized by a golden yellow color. The nose reveals aromas of yellow apple, lavender and nutmeg. The sip is savory and fresh, with a long persistence.

Excellent with fish first courses, shellfish and semi-seasoned cheeses.
