Rocca del Principenas Fiano di Avellino is produced in one of the most vocated areas of all Irpinia for the cultivation of Fiano, in the beautiful hilly territory of Lapio, characterized by particularly rich, intense and fruity wines.
Rocca del Principe’s Fiano di Avellino, is made with Fiano grapes exclusively from a selection of the youngest vines, is a medium-bodied, smooth, fragrant and elegant white wine. It has a bright straw-yellow hue, and expresses a deep and varied bouquet on the nose with delicate citrus aromas: orange blossom, fresh almond, cedar, toasted hazelnut and dried fruit; closing with a long and fascinating persistence. Palate fresh and dry, very savory, full and continuous with distinct mineral background.

Training System: Guyot
Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature (12/14 degrees) in steel tanks for 40 days
Aging 10 months on fine lees in steel, 6 months in bottle
Bottles Produced: about 25,000
Harvest: First ten days of October
Alcohol content: 13.5%.
