TASTING NOTES.
Straw-colored, with golden reflections; fine and persistent perlage. Fruity hints of peach and golden apple stand out on the nose, followed by notes of white flowers and mineral tones. The palate is fresh, savory and harmonious.
Edition II” signed DUBL comes from many small vineyards, about 15 years old, located in the municipalities of Tufo, Santa Paolina and Montefusco. With a predominance of Greco di Tufo and a small part of other Irpinian varieties, including Falanghina, it is a Brut Metodo Classico sparkling wine that ages 42 months on the lees, persuasive, inviting and captivating.
