Description: San Leonino’s ‘Al Limite’ wine is the cru of Chianti Classico: it comes from a single vineyard and has consistently achieved top scores for elegance and typicity. Left to age for about 18 months in oak barrels and completed by an additional year of aging in glass, it is a Chianti that brings out the enormous potential of Sangiovese.
Pairings: hunting, grilled red meats, braised meats and soft cheeses.
