Description
Cryomaceration of the must at 4°C for 5 days. Temperature-controlled fermentation (26°-28°C) for 10 days in steel tanks. Aging: 2/3 of the wine ages 8 months in barriques. Additional 6 months of aging in bottle.

Bouquet: hints of small red berries including wild strawberry, currant and blueberry. Floral aromas of violet and rose. Slight notes of nutmeg and cinnamon.
Taste: medium structured, fresh, savory, delicate tannin. Medium persistence.
Serving temperature: 14°-16°C
Food pairings: ideal with meat and mushroom-based first courses. Red meats, elaborate fish dishes and aged cheeses
