Zenato’s Ripassa is a Valpolicella made using the Ripasso technique on the pomace of Amarone. It comes from Corvina, Rondinella and Oseleta grapes and is left to age for 18 months in tonneau. Full-bodied and intense, it opens with a bouquet of small red fruits alternating with almond nuances. In the mouth it is structured and savory, velvety and with good persistence
