Deep ruby red with garnet hues, the nose offers an intense bouquet where a lovely ripe fruitiness of plum, currant and morello cherry emerges immediately on a spicy background of black pepper, vanilla and tobacco. In the mouth it is soft and enveloping, with well-smoothed tannins and a pleasant chocolatey finish.
